USAG Competitive Gymnastics
The AGG Competitive Programs operate following the guidelines set forth by USA Gymnastics, the national governing body of the sport of gymnastics in the United States. Our teams and training groups offer a variety of options for girls at various levels.

REBEL TRAINING TEAM
Our Rebel Training team is the "first step" into our competitive program, and is set on a try out basis. The structure of our Training team will get your daughter ready for team skill -wise, but also mentally.
This team attends 3 "mock meets" where they get feedback not scores. This lets them be in front of an audience, and gives them the meet experience without the pressure of an actual competition.
REBEL ELITE GYMNASTICS TEAM
Competitive gymnastics gives athletes opportunities to develop important life skills, like resilience, discipline, and physical strength.
While competitive gymnastics can require a significant commitment, the rewards go far beyond physical ability. For many young athletes, gymnastics helps foster a strong work ethic, improve mental toughness, and develop lifelong friendships.
